Lost the moment

It's so easy to get out the loop of things when you're busy innit? I woke today to find that yes my world is still spinning round but my to do list is not going down. However, I am taking today off to be totally free of any commitment that does not include Princess Kirsten or free fun on my good old laptop. I think I deserve a day off! I'm even thinking of working some more on Jay's album...now that is a drop down dead thought...its been over a year since I done my last layout for his or Scott's books!! Shame on me I know!
Princess Kirsten has finally found the charger to her video recorder so we are hoping to take off in the car this afternoon for a while...OH the plan to go to Brighton isn't till tomorrow! My ever changing world stops for no man I can assure you!! So, back to it, I have 2 of my nephews here, Ty and Kian who are currently out on the trampoline laughing and generally being boys while Kirsten is mothering them and i'm laying on my bed just....BEING LAZY...oh gosh does I feel good or what?!! Lost the plot again, right, we are probably going to head out in the car, turn left, right at the island and see where we get to...I love trips like that. With any luck Kirstens video recorder will last the duration and provide us (ok me!) with some inspiration for the Flower Book that is to be my next class ;)
Oh before I forget, does anyone know where I can get some COSMIC CRICKET range of cardstock??? PLEASE email me or leave a comment if you do, I LOVE that stuff but only saw it in passing as I was attending a meeting at a local community centre, by the time I was over the stuff had gone and the woman was gone so I didnt get to know more than the name of it...and hopefully i've remembered it correctly!

Ok I have a challenge for ya......and this is open to anyone in the whole wide world......:D I am planning and working on a Mother's Day Special...which is going to be a collection of gifts to make for our precious Mother's on their day, all will include cardstock and all are totally yummylishus! So...the challenge is this:

To get the class totally FREE all you have to do is send me three of your favourite Mother/Grandmother photo's, tell me why its your favourite using all the essentials of scrapbooking jouranlism elements (to know what that is go see my hompage) and show me any related scrapbook page you made with them!

There is no deadline to this challenge, well so long as it's before Mother's Day (2009 obviously!! )Hehe So if you want some ideas, something fun, different and exciting....get sorting or snapping your way to my email box! Send them to:

studio@sparkle-the-imagination.co.uk

I am still battling on with my camera, still unfixed and the good ole untrusted Firefox...both of which give me gall stones I tell ya!! I have totally lost my memory card somehow with over 200 photos on it, i'm only about a 10th of the way through saving stuff in my Firefox folders that I need to keep and it's the pits. I used to so love Firefox! :( My camera is a royal pain in the a*** cos sometimes it will do what I need it to, albeit at a low level of quality but other times it is so bad that I flinch at it!

~*~sigh~*~

I cant think of anything interesting to say, or remember what else i've been up to...but as i'm so out of touch with life on UKS and the groups I am in the please feel free to bring me up to date with wha t YOU are doing!! So dont remain a lurker forever (yeah I know who you are!! :P :D) come say hi and gimme sumat to read!! :D

Have a toptastic day!
